1.If you don’t sweat even if the weather is extremely hot and sweaty. Sweating is a mechanism your body uses to control your body temperature. If a person is not hydrated, there will be no sweating. It’s not good, says the nutritionist.

2. If your heart starts beating fast. Less water in the body means less blood volume, which means the heart has to pump harder. So if your heart starts beating faster for no visible reason, it’s worth thinking about dehydration.

3. If your skin feels dry and scaly in the sun despite applying sunscreen, or feels dry and itchy despite the humidity in the air around you.
