Dr Naram also emphasizes the risky nature of draconian diets and overly restrictive diets. “According to research, it is said that rapid weight loss can lead to a slowdown in metabolism, weakened immunity, a strong possibility of gaining weight at an abnormal rate in the future, depriving important nutrients of the body and also increasing the risk of dehydration, heartbeat and cardiac stress, ”she says.

She suggests following a healthy diet and lifestyle for a longer period of time under the guidance of an expert “which will not only help to maintain the body physically, but will also help prevent various chronic diseases in the future.”
