British TV presenter Kirstie Allsopp, 50, is best known for presenting the property show Location, Location, Location. She embarked on a successful weight loss journey over the years and revealed her weight loss secrets. She previously shared that she started gaining weight in her early 40s.

She soon realized she was “irresponsible” and decided to change her lifestyle for the better.

As people age, this increases the chances of developing various health risks, including type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure and high cholesterol, according to the NHS.

At the age of 50, Kirstie wanted to get ahead of her weight and set herself the goal of focusing on her diet.

She told Mail Online last year: ‘I decided I was being irresponsible as a parent and partner, and that had to go.

“I haven’t really been a pasta person for a while. This is considering vegetables as carbohydrates. It’s always the beans, the broccoli – there’s no need for the potatoes.

She’s also embraced a more active lifestyle, explaining, “One day at work, I get up at 6:15 a.m. and go straight to my exercise kit for a workout.

“I run up hills and then I go down them.

“At 7am, I wake up the children.”
